Handmade Products & Natural Variations: Every Dream Temple product is individually handcrafted in small batches by BhaVani Dymonde. Because each item is made by hand rather than mass-produced, no two products are exactly alike. The appearance of your order may vary slightly from the product photos. Variations in color, herbs, botanicals, crystals, charms, labels, containers, ribbons, decorative elements, and packaging are a natural part of the handcrafted process. As the Dream Temple collection continues to evolve, packaging and presentation may occasionally be updated or refined without notice. Product images are intended to represent the item and overall experience, but your order may not be identical to the photographs displayed on the website. When natural ingredients become unavailable due to seasonal or supplier limitations, comparable ingredients or packaging materials may be substituted while preserving the overall integrity and purpose of the product. These natural variations are expected and are not considered defects. Processing & Shipping: Because every order is handcrafted, please allow 10–15 business days for preparation before shipment. Orders are processed in the order they are received. During holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Product Care: To maintain the quality of your products: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and excessive heat. Keep containers tightly sealed when not in use. Use products only as directed. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges: Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on ritual products, oils, sprays, washes, powders, bath products, spiritual tools, or custom orders. If your package arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the damaged packaging and product so we can review your request.
