Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At She’s Got Standards, every product is prepared with care and intention. Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final. Returns: We do not accept returns on ritual products, spiritual tools, oils, sprays, candles, teas, digital products, or other specialty items. Refunds: Refunds are not available once an order has been placed, except in the event that an item arrives damaged or the incorrect item is received. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, if appropriate, provide a replacement or other resolution. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun. Processing & Shipping: Please allow 10–15 business days for order processing before shipment. Shipping times are separate from processing times. Ritual Services & Readings: All spiritual readings, consultations, ritual services, digital products, and downloadable content are non-refundable once purchased or scheduled.
